The sale process
The site is under the control of the first mortgagee and is being marketed for sale as is. The slides and existing buildings will not be demolished, and there are no redevelopment plans associated with the site or its sale.
The current lease obligations will apply to any purchaser. All parties with an interest in the facility are encouraged to engage in the sale process.
Work to reopen the main pool continues in parallel with, and regardless of, the sale timetable.
