The sale process
We are the lender (the first mortgagee) — not the owner or operator — and the site is now under our control and listed for sale as is, with listings live on all major property portals. The slides and existing buildings will not be demolished, and there are no redevelopment plans associated with the site or its sale.
The current lease obligations will apply to any purchaser. All parties with an interest in the facility are encouraged to engage in the sale process.
