There has been considerable public discussion about our involvement, so we want to explain our role and the circumstances we now face. First and most importantly: we are not the owner or developer of Big Splash — we are simply a lender.
Big Splash is now officially on the market. The listing is live across all major commercial property portals and the sale is being handled by the appointed selling agent, Colliers. All sale enquiries should be directed to Colliers.
The new site fencing and general clean-up — funded by the first mortgagee at its own cost — are complete. The site will be marketed for sale as is; there are no redevelopment plans.
